WrestleTalk
With Bucky Reese
Bucky Reese: And we are live in 3...2..1..Hey folks, it's Bucky here, and I've come down with something, so it's gonna be a lazy day. So l thought, what better way to kill some time than to open up the lines. Give us a call, and let us know what's on your mind, Huskies.
Rosalind Burger: Hey Bucky, it's Rosey here.
Bucky Reese: We've got Rosey from Holston on the phone, our lovable Husky guidance counselor over at Holston High. What've you got for us, Rosey?
Rosalind Burger: Well first off, Buck, I hope you feel better. And if you need me to drop some chicken soup off at the radio station, just say the word-- I'm just down the street.
Bucky Reese: Well that there is mighty sweet of you, Rosey, and I just may have to take you up on it. For now, tell us your thoughts on Wrestletown so far.
Rosalind Burger: Well Buck, I'm a little concerned about Ian Echo. He seems a little off, every since he's undertaken the responsibility of heading this...hardcore division. I mean, I was his guidance counselor for years, and he always seemed like a nice, quiet kid.
Bucky Reese: Ah yes, the proverbial "nice quiet kid" who is the last person in the world the next door neighbor would suspect of snapping, until the police bust into his home and find three refrigerated severed heads in the basement.
Personally, I think the hardcore division is suited for Ian, and I think this town is never gonna be the same.
So thanks for calling Rosey, and I would love some of that chicken soup. But right now, we have special guest in the studio-- Wrestletown's own, Bianca Davis. Bianca, welcome aboard.
Bianca Davis: Thanks, its not everyday you get to talk to the Queen B.
Bucky Reese: Indeed, this is true. I have to warn you to keep your distance, as I'm a bit under the weather and I don't wanna get you sick-- particularly in light of your big rematch coming up against "The Metropolitan" Mistress" Priscilla Price. How are you feeling?
Bianca Davis: Well, its not hard not to be with this weather like I had a major migraine. Now its clear our mayor is such a big fan of mine like I heard hes bought my new t-shirt before its even out. Anyway, Miss Price beat me last time, however, this is now my time.
Like, its clear they know that they need me to be in the spotlight because weather people love me or hate me they can not stop talking about me.
Bucky Reese: I am glad you brought up the mayor, because I can't help but notice that yo have that nice iPhone in your had and are Tweeting away, and you and Mayor Murdoch seem to have one hell of a Twitter war going on as we speak. Tell us how this got started.
Bianca Davis: Well to be honest I was just conforming what everyone knows that hes my number one fan like really he is. HEs mad I beat his niece on the first show, which everyone should know as talented as she is shes not a professional wrestler like really. So, he then gets on there starts slandering me saying I am conceited disrespectful? Well the reason why I am so needed is women need a great rolemodel in this town. I mean a strong succesful confident women I mean I am the winner of miss teen united states
Bucky Reese: So I see. Well let me ask you this, as a role model to the young women in Holston, what would you tell them are the keys to success?
Bianca Davis: Well the keys to success is first ladies you got to look the part no one is going to buy you as a strong independent woman if you look like you belong under a bridge. Number two not letting anyone bring you down and third just own it really be confident. No one is going to be confident in you if your not. I mean check it out if your not confident in y our self who else will be?
Bucky Reese: Well there you go, ladies, tips from the Queen. We're gonna open the lines now for questions from our callers. Have something you wanna ask the Queen, give us a shout.
Chuck Savage: Hey Bucky, Bianca-- Chuck Savage here. I heard that Rosalee Baker had some fighting words for you, Bianca. I head she said that you needed to say away from her treats at the bakery because they're making you fat. You gonna let her get away with such talk?
Bianca Davis: You know Bucky keep this up and you might be the nicest person here. Like its nice to get respect thats earned.
Bucky Reese: Now Bianca, mind you that Chuck Savage is our resident instigator, so you have to take everything that comes out of his mouth with a grain of salt.
Chuck Savage: That's another thing-- Rosalee said you look like you consume salt by the pound because your calves look like you're retaining water.
Bianca Davis: Well Chuck, clearly thats a lie I mean I keep my body is excellent condition. Number two I never been to the bakery I walked by a few times but never stopped in I don't eat processed food like that I mean I don't want to look like well some of these others . Bucky, its fine I mean I am living my keys to success I am not letting any of these words bring me down. Instead I am rising above, and in a totally fashionable way to.
Bucky Reese: I don't doubt that Chuck's just trying to start things up, probably wants to see two lovely ladies rolling around in the ring, but then again, who wouldn't. Let's take another call.
Mayor Hank Murdoch: Hey Buck, Hank here, and I've got words for Miss Bianca Davis. You are not fooling anyone with your little role model routine. You're a cheater, and in 2 weeks, we're gonna see how you like it when you face someone who shares your lack of concern for rules
Bianca Davis: Please, I mean I finally got that new manicure I needed done like after I won my first match so my nails still sparkling.
Like, i had an autograph signing and I saw you there like you and the rest of the town.
Mayor Hank Murdoch: You see, there she goes again. We're talking about wrestling, arm bars, near falls, suplexes, take downs, and she's sputtering off about manicures and sparkling nails. And yet she gets her hand raised in victory last week!?! It's an insult to our sport!
Bucky Reese: I hear what you're saying Mayor, but pro wrestling is a different animal than amateur wrestling, and that, I believe, is a recurring theme here. It is gonna take a while for the locals to adjust. In the meantime, the Nyquil is kicking in, so I gotta rest. Bianca, I'll give you the last word.
Bianca Davis: Aw, an insult? No its just a fact that your niece as good as she is I am just better. I mean that ref was so happy to raise my lovely hand, and its something you will see a lot of. Don't worry my new shirt is available in extended sizes. But stay tuned to Wrestletown because, you have not seen anything yet loves
